Several Questions

Hello, the firm I am doing work for is curious about your services. We want to make a switch from AIM, but want to ask some questions first: 1.) How much do video group chats cost? Is there amonthly fee, or there a charge per session? 2.) How much does a Skype business account cost? What are the pros/cons of a business account? 3.) Would there be a way to set up a contact list of all our employees, split up by office? And can the contact list load up in a way so that folks don't have to add contacts one by one? 4.) Since Skype has a screen sharing feature, can we test it out to see how good it is?
