Cannot Add A New Contact

when i try to add a new contact, it tells me there's no internet connection although i'm logged on.

If there is nothing wrong with your connection, it is a problem over on Skype's servers. I would try rebooting Skype and trying again. If that doesn't work, wait it out a few hours.
