How Can I Cancel The Users Account...n Computer Is Really Slow

i want to cancel my account ..ever since i added skype my computer is really slow wats going on ive seen lots of posts for months on end no one cant seem to delete skype completely from their comps...i want it out of my computer n completely delete it out no files letf,,,no where...i want my comp to work speed wise again befoure i got skype
