What Is A More Direct Way To Talk Or E-mail In Skype's Customer Support System?

I am frustrated with skype. When I try to use skype it sometimes says another skype line may exist. It refuses to accept my correct password. I then try to get a temp password. I type in a new password as directed and it says "wrong password". I can not get on skpe at all.--Charles
