Someone Fraudulently Gained Access To My Account.

I found cannot log in by my passpord. I also found a email from [email protected], says "Registered email successfully changed". My email is [email protected] now somebody change it to [email protected]. I use [email protected] to get the password code, but find my skype ID yangmingchu_out was not exist! pls help me to set this problem.
