I Have Internet Service But Won't Let Me Make A Call. Says I'm Not Connected.

I'm logged in, but it won't show my contacts or give any options to make a call. I can't find the keypad, or any options that would allow a call to be made. When this first happened, I got an message saying that I wasn't connected (but i was). it was working great until this happened yesterday.
