'make A Call' Won't Work. I Get 'webpage Cannot Be Displayed'.

I have just installed Skype and bought credit of £5. When i click on "make a call" it just opens another page saying "cannot display webpage." Tried retstaring laptop. Using win7 and Playtronics headset.
