Can't Make A Call

I just set up an account and purcahsed a subscrition but when I sign in ther is no such page where I can make a call. No button that says "call phone" or dial pad , or caontact list. I keep loking and looking but nothing. ahve beenat it for hours and think I must be going nits!!!

Would request you to first download Skype software on your computer from the link below, so that you would have the dial pad and you can dial phone numbers:
