When I Sign Into My Skype It Says I Do Not Reach The Age Requirement, I Am 22?

when i sign into my skype account it tells me that my password is wrong even though i have typed it in severak times, i have tried changing my password. That did not work so i tries making a new skype account and it said that i did not reach the age reqiurements for my region. I am 22. how do i fix this?
