Visa Accepted Payment For Skype Credit But Skype Say There Was A Problem

I paid £11.50 skype credit this morning. Skype replied that there was a problem. I checked with my bank. They said payment had been authorised by visa. I can't renter the details. The option offered is a cumbersome bank transfer. I want to pay. The bank accept I have paid. What do I do. I don't want to pay by PayPal because of previous bad experience
