I Have An Account For Skype Unlimited For The Usa. I Can Make Free Calls Within

Skype is now charging me for making calls within the USA and that is not correct. I pay 2.99 a month to use this account which gives me free calls within the USA. How can I notify them? I have had the same account with Skype for several years. They don't have a phone number I can call
