Here is what they'll send you:
We are sorry you are unable to view photo book in your snapfish account.
I've logged into your account and tested the issues you are having. Everything is working fine for me. This suggests that the problem is with your system settings. Something is stopping or interfering with the Snapfish website. Here are the top four solutions which usually fix this type of problem.
1. Clear your cache and cookies from your browser.
2. Disable any pop-up blockers you have.
3. Disable any firewall or anti virus software on your system.
4. Make sure that you have installed all automatic updates for your system.
Here are some specific instructions for Internet Explorer that might help if you are using that browser.
1. Open Internet Explorer. On the top menu, choose "tools" and then "Internet Options."
2. In the middle of the box is a section to "Delete cookies" and "Delete Files" and (at the bottom of the box) "Clear History". Do all of those things. It may take a minute.
4. Install any Java updates that it asks for.
5. Also under the "All Programs" menu, at the very top is an option for either Windows or Microsoft Update. Click this. It will take you to a screen with an option for "Express" or "Custom". Choose express and let the machine go. It may take a few minutes, or as many as 7 or 8.
6. Once the system comes back, install any of the "critical updates" that it recommends. This will take a good 10 or 15 minutes to download and install any of the updates that are available.
7. Once that is done, it should ask to reboot the computer. Reboot and see if Snapfish is working for you.
