Sound Drops From Sony Tv Every 10-15 Seconds

I have conencted the T58 to A Sony KDL-46VL130 using HDMI and Digital Optical Cable. When watching Over the Air TV every 10-15 seconds the sound drops out and comes back on. I have to turn off the T58 and listen through the TV Speakers only.
