Hello - I Own A Sony Kdf-70xbr950 Tv. The Lamp Was Burned Out. I Just Replaced I

Hello - I own a Sony KDF-70XBR950 TV. The lamp was burned out. I just replaced it with a bracnd new lamp. However - the picture is dark and nothing I do brightens it. What is the issue? Thanks, Bob

Bob, did you replace your lamp with an Authentic Sony Lamp? If so, did it help to brighten your picture?

I only hear this complaint when the person saved money and bought an after market lamp off the Internet instead of a Sony authorized dealer. Send the lamp back and get another one. you might get a decent one this next time (I have seen some people who had to return a lamp up to 4 times).
