No Picture, Has Sound For A Few Second And Stops. Red Led Links 10 Times

Ten blinks means there is a problem with the high voltage circuit (32,000 volts) and horizontal deflection circuit. The problem could be something as inexpensive as a capacitor or as expensive as one of the three picture tubes. The only way to know is to take it to a shop and get an estimate. Most people wouldn't try to fix this problem, since you can buy these on Craigslist working for less than $100
