you can go here http://www.southwest.com/travel_center/changeItinerary.html?int=GSUBNAV-AIR-CHANGE&forceNewSession=yes

and enter the approriate information

it will then prompt you to choose when you want to change

However remember that if there is any difference in the cost of the ticket you will be responsible for paying that also
