Booking Trip On-line From My Account Not For Myself
when booking air travel on-line from my account for someone else not myself results in error (see below) - how is this resolved???
The name you have entered does not match the name on file for this Rapid Rewards account. If the name on your Rapid Rewards account is not the name used on your government-issued ID, please update your account now so that your account name matches your ID and you can finish making your reservation. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to use the name on your government-issued ID when you travel. By updating your Rapid Rewards account with that name, you can help ensure you receive the Rapid Rewards credits you deserve. (SW900001)
