3 Free Tickets For Signing Up With Spirit Mastercard

Please tell me what to do in order to receive my 3 free tickets for sigining up with Spirit Mastercard.  I have the black onyx card and my own new email (I was told I could not share my email with my wife).  I wrote and told Spirit about the new email in February and have not heard anything.  i have had the card and have been using it for 6 months.  HELP ME GET MY TICKETS
