I Was Told There Are No Blackout Dates For The 3 Tickets I Get For Opening Up A

new charge card. When I called they told be I can only use them during blackout dates. We were told  in Fort Lauderdale- no black out dates by the desk person handing them out. How am I suppose to use them,?
