Billing....i Bought A Ticket Online Thru Edreams And They Took My Visa Card...an

bought a ticket from edreams for a trip to Chicago and had it billed to my visa credit card, then I looked and they had me with 0 luggage so I went back to Spirit to add 2 bags and they charged me again for luggage plus my trip to my Discover card..am I being charged twice for the flight...also the luggage was 74.00 for 1 piece round trip. and your guide said it was 21 or 26,oo so I would like to know if you are charging my Visa and my discover for 1 trip? p
