Free Round Trip Ticket Issued On 6-21-14 In Dallas, Texas By Fred Burgos

I was promised a RT ticket from Fred Burgos, Manager on duty for Spirit Airlines in Dallas, Tx, on June 21, 2014, due to the fact that an attendant would not allow me to board Flight 971, departing at 11:10 p.m. from Dallas, Tx to Phoenix, Az, even though I had a boarding pass and seat assignment. Fred Burgos explained to me that once said boarding pass and seat assignment are issued, the passenger has to board the flight. I was denied boarding and had to spend the next 10 hours in DFW Airport awaiting the next flight, which was at 8:32 a.m on June 22, 2014. Please issue this ticket to me as promised by manager, Fred Burgos, in Dallas, Texas. He explained that I would only be responsible for the taxes; that I had to book within the next 60 days; that travel must be completed within a year. My phone number Thank you, Kathleen Spreen.
