Wedding Dress
I am trying to find out if I can bring my wedding dress on board as a carry on, but customer service is telling me to wait until I get to the airport and ask if I can. By then it will be too late. I don't want my dress to get lost or damaged. Can anyone help? I have emailed corporate but I don't know when I will hear back from them, and I am currently holding for a supervisor that hasn't answered in 20 minutes.

Sorry for your problems--too often customer "service" can be ridiculous. My best suggestion is that (if tomorrow Monday is not too late) you phone corporate, at 954-447-7920. You can also send a fax (to 954-447-7979).
