What Can I Do?

 I tried to buy a ticket online 15 days in advance. No confirmation of the transaction was sent to me. A few hours before the flight they sent me a check in confirmation. I did not see it because I guest the transaction was not done. so what should I do now to reschedule the flight ? Who should I contact?
