Hp Office Jet Pro 8500a Printer Problems
My Printer that is set up wirelessly has been giving me problems since day one. It is always going back offline, cycling, etc. Called HP support and they hung up on me after about a hour and did not bother to call even though they had my number. Also trie Norton support which tried to help for a few hours and changed via remote all my setting but still same issues. I am beyond fed up my old brother works fine wirelessly with no issues but this printer has been nothing but problems. If you can not fix the issue soon I would like to return as I paid for the extended warranty and am beyond frustrated. Steve or Joni Franciskovic
