How Do I Contact A National Claims Expert?

I have been a State Farm customer for over 30 years.  Most of that time I was in California. I was injured in the state of Oklahoma, and have been shocked at the poor medical care I received, as well as the rampant insurance fraud that goes on here. I reported this to State Farm and gave a lengthy deposition to their Fraud Division, and contacted the Chiropractic and Medical Boards of OK. Yet, State Farm Tulsa is going to pay all of the corrupt doctors their fraudulent charges and exhorbitant bills -- $270 for a 3-minute chiro visit and more from a pill-pushing doctor who owns a pharmacy? The list goes on. I need someone from OUTSIDE this corrupt and smug little Tulsa claims world who will do the right thing and help ME, the customer. Preston in the Tulsa claims office literally said, "Well, we won't hold that against them," when I reported the fraud. Chris Guinn was okay paying my medical expenses until he got my claim for lost wages, and then he decided that I shouldn't get paid for the work I do as a consultant, and refused to pay for one of my injuries and the lost wages. They are arrogant, cold, calculating and completely  corrupt. I am told that people in SF Headquarters in Ill actually care about their customers and their corporate reputation. My CA agents and SF employees are shocked by how I have been treated and say that I should contact Ed Rust, the head of SF. What should I do? I just want my bills to be paid and to receive treatment for my injuries and to have something for pain and suffering -- not get stuck with fraudulent bills and over $18,000 in lost wages. Please help -- I still want to believe in State Farm.
