My Current Status On My No Fault Claim And My Disability Benefits.

4-5 days ago i mailed back some documents saying i was going to get up to 50 grand in disability payments for an auto accident i was in last may of 2011. i am wondering about the status of that and if i am going to get any kind of settlement due to the fact i have prooved my injuries were sustained from the accident and i recieve shots in my spine once a month through pain management and have been going to the hospital and saw a chiropractor. so far i have recieved nothing from you people or the people that hit me and i have suffered from these injuries since may 27th of last year. i do have a lawyer working on it and have not even heard from him in the past 6-7 months. i need to know what is going on because i cannot work because of my on going back pain and neck pain i suffer every single day. my claim number is 400d01637 and my workers name is michelle theriault. i can be contacted easier by email then by phone because i dont have my own phone line. please contact me a.s.a.p concerning the status of my disability and if i am going to be offered any kind of settlement from this.

Since this is HelpOwl and neither the State Farm Insurance Claims Center nor your lawyer's office, all we can do is provide the links and offer our sympathy for the injuries and pain you have suffered.
  1. Call your attorney's office - you don't need to speak to him, you simply need to know what paper work they still need to move forward with your case
  2. Contact the online site of the State Farm Insurance Claims Center
  3. In the right column you will see a Claims Tool Box
  4. Since you have your claims number, open Check the Status of a Claim and follow the prompts which begin with registration or LogIn.

Is State Farm your company or is it the company of the party who caused the accident?

I am assuming that you completed all of the Personal Injury Protection and Medical Payments Coverage forms monthe ago. If not you can find them here.

You can also call State Farm at 1-800-782-8332 but really, that is the job of your attorney.
