Costs For Adding New Driver To Insurance Plan?

Does the monthly rate for state farm auto insurance increase for adding a teenage driver to the plan, but no new vehicle, and if so, what would be the expected rate of increase for monthly payments?

Absolutely.  You'll need to discuss it with your agent since the cost increase is dependant on how you existing policy was written up.
