Why Won't My Stihl Br350 Start?

My BR350 is good, good gas, good spark, (new plug, gapped correctly), everything checks out, but I can't get a pop out of it. Not even with starting fluid. The primer bulb works, fills with fuel, linkage checks out from the throttle, choke works. It just won't start. If it would at least pop, I could figure it out, but NOTHING.
