Bullying In The Work Place. How Is This Allowed To Go On?

Bullying in the work place. My daughter reported a bullying problem to supervisor. Was told to work it out. She organised to speak with the lady and when she arrived at work was abused by the supervisor and the bully. She left in tears. The next day she had to pick up a fax from work, as it was handed to her she was told that they decided that she would have to be let go. She then asked for the Owners number so she could speak to him herself this caused a disturbance and centre management was called she told them she just wanted the owners number. They then organised to call the owner and my daughter was told he would be down in a couple of hours from the gold coast. They met at 12.30pm to discuss what had happened and he told her that she was right to let him know what was happening. He said he was not happy about the bullying and that she had not been fired. The supervisor was called in to be repremanded about her behaviour. She told the owner that if my daughter came back to work her and the other lady would walk. My daughter still has not been fired but she also does not have any work. You tell me how is it right that these bullies still have their jobs and my daughter does not. My husband and I are so furious over this and want something done about it. Surely he can find another supervisor out there to take her place if she does walk. I thought people where trying to stamp out bullying obviously not. SO FRUSTRATING WHEN NOTHING IS BEING DONE.
