Hi there,

You would call the T-Mobile customer service number:

800-937-8997

Speak your language of preference, and then say "Financial Care"

There is no longer a direct toll free number to reach the Financial Care department, but you can ask any representative who picks up to transfer you there.

Do not tell them you want to be transferred to make a payment, or they will not send you through.
