Where Is My $200 Visa Gift Card? I Signed Up In Nov 2011. No Card Yet. Scam

I am getting nothing but the runaround from TWC. I will contact Fox 4 News if I don't get this card in the next 2 days. It has been 7 months and I have complied with all the requirements and have backup copies for all of it. This is fraud!

It's unlikely that huge Time-Warner would try to scam you. Write the oompany at 1 Time Warner Center, NYC 10019, or call them at 212-484-8000.
