Why Haven't I Received My $200 Gift Card?
I switch my service back in March on the 26th 2012. I registered on-line and mailed all the requested information TWC asked. I have called TWC so many time about this matter. I feel I have been mislead and given misleading infor. When go on-line to checked too see have my information been process I get - NO INFORMATION FOUND when I enter my e-mail and password. Also I spoke with a rep. the first of October and was told I would be receiving a $200.00 gift card because they did found out I did register and sended in all requested information. I haven't heard or received anything. This isn't good business.

I understand you are angry about the issue here. I am going to help you try to resolve this within TWC by using a BBB complaint.

This will help you file a complaint against the company and have a settled issue for this. Make sure your explaining this stuff again as TWC doesnt moniter the calls ( sadly).
