My Channels Keep Freezing And Losing Sound What Is Going On With The Service?

It sounds like you have a signal issue. Most of the time this requires a service call from a tech to your home. You need to call customer service to have a tech visit scheduled. You might also want to try unplugging your equipment 1st for 20 sec to reset it to see if that would help.
