We Live In Zip Code 28025 Having Frequent Phone Outages, While The Intertet Work

We live in Zip Code 28025 having frequent phone outages, while the intertet works. This does not seem to be the phone connection, or a hardware issue, I have trouble shot everything, and its not the first time this has happened. So just same thing again about the same time of day, around 2pm again today, March 21. This service comes on again on its own later. However, the problem is very troublesome. We have little time, and then when I am trying to find Customer Support, of course I am getting phone numbers to call. Thank you in advance, Sherry
