It depends on which web browswer you are using. If you are using Internet Explorer, click on Tools, then internet options. Click the button "Use current page" If you are already on the Time Warner website. If you are using Firefox click tools, options and set home page. You can also click on the address bar, when your on the Time Warner home page and hold your mouse button down and drag the address to the home button. Hope this helps
