Streaming Videos From Netflix

I had Standard Internet and when I stream movies from Netlix several times during the movie it would pause and reload all through the movie. So I upgraded to TURBO which TW said would eliminate the pausing. But it didn't do any better. I'm going to be charged an extra 10:00 per month for nothing. What can be done?

If you are using a wireless connection that could be the issue. If possible, used a wired connection to the device you're streaming Netflix to in order to get the best possible connection.
