Hello,

There is a way to do it by logging into your TWC Account there should be a option to block them. If you do want to fight with the computer you can call Customer Service.

Please note if this a Telemarketer call you might want to sign up on the DONOTCALL.GOV. If this continues to annoy you please contact the FCC.
