Wifi Without Needing Pc Or Mac?

I have TW Cable TV. I want to get WiFi in the house so I can use iPAD but I do not want to get PC or MAC. Can I get router through TW that will work with iPAD WiFi? How do I set password etc without having to have PC or MAC tied to the router?
