Wireless Not Functioning? How Do I Get Someone On The Line /help?????

I AM SENDING THIS BECAUSE I STILL HAVE WIRED VERIZON ACCESS I HAD EXPECTED TO CANCEL VERIZON ONCE i KNEW THIS WIRELESS WAS WORKING - HOWEVER RELIABILITY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT - SO SHOULD i BE CANCELING TIME WARNER INSTEAD?????????? I CAN NOT EVEN GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE FROM TIME WARNER??????????
