Channel Changes Spontaneously

I just got TWC after years with DirecTV. I have a Samsung SMT-h3272 DVR. I can be watching a channel and all of a sudden it changes to another channel, usually the local info channel. It doesn't happen with regularity or predictability. TWC reset the box without effect. My son has TWC and says it happens to his TV as well. Any ideas?
