Espn3 Not Working?

I LOG IN AND PIC A SPORTS EVENT AND IT FREEZES UP A LOT OR IT JUST SHOWS ME A BLANK SCREEN INSTEAD OF THE PROGRAM COMING UP.

you need to contact time warner cable technical support department regarding this matter so that they can contact espn about the problem. or call 888-549-ESPN(3776)
