We Have Tw, But One Client Is Using Embarq E-mail. We Cannot Get His E-mails To

We have a client who tries to send Exel worksheets to our TW e-mail, but we never get them. We have checked the address he has sent to, and it is ours. Although he is on our allow list, his e-mail is in our book, nothing seems to work. We have no trouble getting any other client work or e-mails. Any ideas>
