Toro Recycler 22 Inch Wont Self Propelled

Hi, the self-propelled drive cable may just need to be adjusted. You can find the instructions for adjusting the cable on page 18 of the owner's manual. If that doesn't fix the problem, the drive belt may need to be replaced, or there could be a problem with the gear train.
