My Toshiba Laptop Will Not Turn Off
My Toshiba Satellite c55t-b5110 will not turn off and the fan is running constantly.When you shut it down using the menu to "shut down", it turns itself back on like a restart.I have had two friends also try this so that I can verify that it is not operator error.What to do.?
