I'm Struck.
I checked a couple of boxes in my features and now this laptop won't shutdown, won't start-up , just blue screen with white circle spinning around. Please help.

Ctrl + Alt + Del > then Power button > then Shutdown... after that, boot into Safe Mode and run System Restore
If it is a Win 10,
- On a working PC, go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10 installation media.
- Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC. Follow the screen prompts to recover the computer.
