If you need to get the PUK code and your Voice Mail Code you will need to contact your carrier for support.

Hi,

You can contact Tracfone Wireless at 1-800-867-7183 to request for your PUK code. Your default voicemail password is the last four digits of your phone number.

Centers operate from 8 AM to midnight (EST) 7 days a week
