Phone Is Charged, But No Power

I charge my tracfone lg800g - says it' fully charged, but unable to accivate.

The Phone Is Blank .. Except For Saying It's Fully Charged Then Goes Back Blank.
I had not charged my phone in 3 or 4 days .. it was completely blank ..now it says it's fully charge...
