I Waiting 20 Minutes To Get A Person To Transfer My Minutes From My Old Trac Pho
I waited 20 minutes to get my minutes transferred from my old phone 614-364-6245. After getting a person I waited approximately 30 minutes while he was trying to transfer my minutes - kept asking him if he was there and he said yes then all at once he was gone. Please let me know how I can get in touch w this person - I spent time on this last night. As of this time I think your system is a complete disaster. Too run your whole business through one number is poor business. At this point I need to get these 2400+ minutes before I leave on vacation. Please call me
