Annual Free Credit Report. I Have Never Rec'd My 2010/11 Free Credit Reports.
I requested my free credit report in 2009,2010 & 2011 7 each time you asked for add'l info including my address. I have sent this info 3 times and have yet to receive ONE report. The last time I sent all the info was July 27,2011, at which time I also requested you put a security freeze on my acct., which you did. You then advised that you had sent my credit report before but YOU HAVE NEVER SENT THE CREDIT REPORT for 2010 or 2011 and I want both my reports.
