I Need To Know Where I Can Write To Complain About A Ticket Pending.
Last July I purchased a ticket to go to Mexico City. I was denied boarding in the airplane because the name on my ticket and my passport were not exactly the same. travelocity will not give any refunds AA will not do anything about it either
